Catback upgrade and Codes

Hi, I made an upgrade (I think 😥] but I get codes 2F24 and 2F29. And when I check the original exhaust, I see that it has some valves, which are not installed in the new muffler and they told me that it will only cover the vacuum lines and that would get rid of the problem, but I still get the codes when I give WOT.

I can leave it like this, or what do you recommend?
