Bluetooth Pairing Issues

I just recently purchased a 2013 X5, I am having trouble with Bluetooth pairing, my iPhone discovers the Vehicle, I select it but the iPhone never receives the choose a passcode menu for pairing, the connection times out and it says it’s unable to connect. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Passcode to my x5 is 0000 or 1234 might be the same for all so try those codes.
