1200 mile question
just got my 1200 mile service.... The owner's manual says reduced speeds and engine speeds until 3000 miles. What does this mean? I figured I could let it rip finally.

Yeah there is a second break in period up to 3000 if you really want to follow the book.

Actually, I think it's 3100 miles. You can exceed 5500 RPM, but you're not supposed to rev it to redline "that often". Once you pass 3100 miles, you can trash the thing

don't bother waiting till 3000. Rip it after service and drive it like it's suppose to be driven
