BBK pad problem

I picked up the pads below for use with new 34mm width rotors but they are too tight. I measured 32 mm between the pads with a micrometer. Brake pistons are retracted as far as they go, anyone dealt with this before or know of a way to properly wear the 2 mm off of the pads?

I like these pads as the desription fit my intended use which will be spirited drives at most. Other pads I have read about seem to be more track/autocross oriented which I won't be doing.

Contact the seller. It could be a defective set of pads, but some are just a tighter fit. My Ferodo DS2500s on my StopTech caliper were a real bitch to slide in.

Dparm, thanks for the info, I tried to bang them on with my hand but the bottoms were opening up to fit and the top side of pads were buckling in like this / \ which was not going to work and prompted me to measure.

Given that it is hit or miss, I think I'm just gonna try to sand them down after I track down a sander. My only concern is that I don't sand them parallel to the current surface and it ends up slightly slanted and wears that way.

Heads up to anyone else considering the pads above for use with the Brembo GT 365x34mm kit. They do not fit. Other than being too thick, after sanding them down the bottom of the pad makes contact with the hat.

After searching for pad dimensions, I found that the pad height is 92.9mm for the Stoptech pads:

Zeckhausen has the height listed as 87mm for pads to be used with N calipers. Unfortunately I bought the pads from another vendor based on incorrect info on the bimmerworld website and sanded them down. Now I'm stuck with useless pads.

Lesson learned: verify pad dimensions regardless for use with your application of source.
