22" tires with proper load range
Hi:
I was all set on getting 22" tires (Continental DWS06) only to find out that the tire store will not sell me the tire/wheel combination due to the tires not meeting the minimum load range requirement for my truck. I cannot find any 22" tire that meets the the 106W (Front) and 110W (Rear) requirement. According to the owners manual, my 2012 X5 35d with sport package has the factory requirements: Even the popular Pirelli tires are only 105W rated. So are people just ignoring this requirement? Help! -Ed

yes, this requirement doesn't really matter to most here, the load range will only come into play if you actually fully load your vehicle in weight and or tow a trailer at or near the max tow capacity
i know someone running 22 square setup dws with no issues |
Appreciate
