I'm sure you could do something like this to the Mazda, Just measure and see. That's a bit of a bummer. Still going to do it? |

This guy who seems going great job in town. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Don-N...79780885371395
But because he thinks the vinyls on the fin area may come lose, he doesn't have 100% confidence so told me not warranty his work. But if I'm going to pay hefty $100, I want warranty. So most likely, I will not go with this guy. As you can see from photo, it does look good. So I'm hoping to find another installer locally.

That does look good on the white!
Strange that he doesn't feel confident with it. My friend had no problems. He used a blow torch to heat up the vinyl so it would adhere to the shape he wanted. Told me that heat was the secret. No problems so far, but will let you know if anything happens. Should do the front bumper too if you have the oem cf lip. Really accents the lines and pulls everything together. |

I really need to get a better pic of it but this should give you an idea. It's the center recessed portion below the lower center grill. Making it black if you have the oem performance lip installed highlights the outer bumper lines. Kind of like the vorsteiner lip in a way.

Looking awesome Kimo. When I picked up my wheel I heard you ordered the front lip, looks great. Now I just need to see how she looks with the new wheels.
Also not going to lie, I wasnt a fan of the shop you had the tips done at but after looking at the pics and the care they took with your car I might swing back by. |

I have my second photoshoot this weekend for them so a bunch should be up soon. Since you asked though I will post these bad iphone ones I took in a parking lot while going to the store. This was the day after I had the paint corrected and coated with 22ple.

The led headlights are definitely on my list. It's just such a cost prohibitive mod that it's not high up there priority wise. Want to do full exhaust next. Speaking of which how are you liking the ar catted downpipes? Any check engine lights? Install went smooth? |

Install was straightforward. The drivers side is a little harder to get to the lower bolts. No CELs and on startup with the DPs and the Eisenmann - it is loud. Northern2020 has had the warm-up "high idle" turned off to compensate.
The sound is great around town and still pleasantly quiet inside with windows up...you can carry a comfortable convo without having to raise voices Your wheels turned out great |
