Wow that pic looks amazing, we need more. Also what finish is that? looks like a textured grey stain finish, but it could be just the angle or lighting. Also what tires and size did you end up with on the 21s? any comments on the ride quality compare to your 22 p-zero?
Conclusion is we need more pics |

Can't wait to see what's next. Good luck on your low quest! Thanks!!! Quote:
Tires: Dunlop SP SPORT MAXX runflats Sizing: 21 x 10.5 - 285/35/21 front. 21 x 12 - 325/30/21 rear. It's the only decent pic I have right now. Will be doing a proper shoot soon. As for ride comparison it's been over 6 months since I've been on 22's. I can't accurately recall so I don't want to misinform. Compared to the oem wheels with bridgestone runflats though, it's night and day. Ride harshness is a little bit worse, but the the handling and weight savings more than make up for it. Plus got the offsets dialed in perfectly imo so the rubber is right at the edge making for a nice planted feeling. No spacers is also a plus as feeling in the wheel is back. The spacers with the oem wheels numbed the steering wheel feel to me. Saved over 20lbs a corner with these. The rear wheel weigh in at only 29lbs, which is pretty crazy when you consider it is a 21 x 12. Will save even more weight when I try out the Pirelli's after these Dunlops go. The Dunlops were not my first choice due to age and weight, but it is what it is. Was after a tire deal the fell through and by then it was too late to switch. Thanks, just trying to keep up with your BBS awesomeness. Ride impression are above. |

Your not selling your PBMW front splitter anytime soon? I'm torn between the BMW one vs Vorsteiner lip. I just can't justify the price difference
The PBMW one for me is so much cleaner looking. Plus doesn't seem to kill road clearance. |

Good luck on your quest. For pricing maybe try waiting for somewhere like getbmwparts.com to have a sale. Their prices are already discounted from msrp so that with their sales might make it worth it. Edit: Just checked their site. It's going for just under 1700 from them. Plus they are a forum sponsor here. Go for it! |

Absolutely gorgeous X5 M. Really love this car so much.
Always thought the e70 to be more of a 'dad's car but completely changed my perception, this is so sporty, yet elegant to look at. So wish to get one now, and this is definitely an inspiration to all e70 owners. Too bad I live in Malaysia and there is limited resources to get parts and mods. |

Well I've been remiss in not posting any photos of the new wheels. So here are a bunch. Keep in mind these are all junk photos with my phone. Just waiting on Morr's old school center caps before I get some good pics taken.
Factory Fresh: When they were first installed: Parked at work: Fitment. No spacers. Camber is -2.5 front and rear. Might raise it up till I get to -2.0, but haven't decided on that yet. Detailers doing their thing: Random shots: One of these is not like the other: Christmas Time: |
