X6 phone question
Folks,
I am not sure if there is an issue or I am doing this without realizing it. On occasion, it seems when I press the down arrow (lower volume) on the steering wheel my bluetooth phone/iDrive dial out to the last number dialed. I first I thought I was pressing the phone button by mistake. So I have been more cognizant and watch to ensure I press the lower volume button and not the phone button. I am not sure if I am imagining things here or not. It is definately not a short in the wiring as I cannot reproduce the problem easily. So if you have the same issue, I suspect an iDrive software glitch.

I have a 2009 50i with the same "old" iDrive, and I haven't not noticed that issue. I'll keep a lookout though.

I haven't experienced that. I have redialed by hitting the phone button but never on the volume up or down.

I forgot to post an update. The issue went away when the iDrive software was updated last fall. They reprogrammed/updated when my trailer hitch was installed.
