Is it just me or does it look like the X6M has bigger wheels in the front than the back?
I thought it was just one pic but the more I look at all of them it kind of looks that way. maybe just an illusion

It does look like they are different sizes, but I think the overall diameter of the front/rear tires is the same.

The front tires are 275/40 rear is 315/35. so they must be different. You have sharp eyes!

Paddles
Nope. This is an M so these are real paddles. They work the same like in an M5, M3 or a Ferrari.

The front and back are different widths of course, but they are the same diameter (or very close) 29". http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.j...WR1SPMAXXXLROF |

The paddles work like real paddles. Right paddle is pulled for upshifts, left paddle is pulled for downshifts (the current DCT/SMG setup). No more 1 paddle to rule them all. Much, much better than the steptronic paddles.
I'm curious about the X5M pricing. Gonna need to replace my Yukon in 2 years time.

BEAST
I really hope that this IS NOT the engine in the next M5. If they are going to go the turbo route it would be nice if they aggressively downsized and tried to reduce the weight instead of increasing the power. There is only so much you can do in daily driving by going from 400 to 500hp. Going from 3700lbs to 3000lbs would be a totally different story... |

And seeing how complicated this engine has gotten, I would assume that if you wreck one of these engines, be prepared to spend at least $15k-$20k to get that fixed... would that REALLY be worth the little gain you will achieve not to mention you obviously would void your factory warranty on the engine?

Very SICK! Its very very nice but I still think they shouldnt have cancelled the CSL
to go with the SUV's.... Also just like how they put the carbon leather trim on the center cousel, They should have done that on the E9x M3's... Thanks for posting!
