I'm going to put the 21" oem 215s on this spring, replacing the 18" 210s. I'm debating whether or not springs will still be necessary once I put these on. Thoughts? It doesn't have the sport suspension but I thought the 21s would help improve some of the boatish ness of the present setup.

hahaha.. I feel yah man. I swear though, take 10 minutes and unscrew the rear links, make them a tad longer. The results are night and day.. my ride still is low. I love it right now.. and I was cussing about how much I hated it for the last month. It drives just like stock.. I'm not exagerating.

Yah.. thats what happened to me. It was terrible. Just go in there, adjust them a bit.. spin them twice full circle when extending the links. You'll thank me later and it will still look great. Takes onlyo 10 minutes.. not hard at all.

Right now I've got the height at 29.5" ground to fender and 30.5" in the rear and it rides great! I might drop the rear to 30" but that's about as low as I'd consider going. The ride is stiff but no longer bouncy or overly hard.

yea maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch higher in the rear than the front. I forget exactly what mine were.
It's best to keep the stock rake angles. as far as headlight aim etc. Just measure stock height and match the front drop with the rear adjustable links. |

Some useful info in here, i just did a 200mile road trip with my family and evryone agreed it needed to go back to stock it was so bouncy it was uncomfortable even on the hiway.
I was around 32-32.25" before now I am 29.75-30" all around I am going to adjust the rear links today after reading this...I sure hope it helps. Thanks guys.

I just went to measure mine for you with a yardstick
Lowered on the H&R 1.2" springs and adjustable rear links I'm sitting at 30.5 inches front and rear fully settled in (over a year). The ride is like stock. You must have the 2" springs. I would raise your rear to match mine and change our the front springs for the correct ones. You will love it! here is a picture of mine: |

CleanX6M - No EDC is combined with the KWV3 since you are replacing the EDC with the KW COILOVERs and you will have to dial in the height/rebound/compression manually. The EDC Delete is an option for a few hundred more or you can do without the option but you will get the warning light. Not sure if you can code it out of the car.

Beauty of KW v3 is that you can dial in your own preferred dampening / rebound instead of only the Factory settings. I have my KW fit at their recommendations which is 50% (In middle of adjustable settings) and its much smoother than stock - almost too cushy - I need to stiffen it up prior to the spring track sessions
