x5 aftermarket wheels
Hi guys.
Ive just purchased a 2008 x5 after letting go of my E92 335. Im in the market to purchase some after market 22's.... now from what i see on ebay there are lots to choose from. What offset do i need? i See constantly that other 4x4 22's share the same fitment of the x5... is this so? what information and guide lines can you give me to make sure i dont have any hickups.... Thanks in advance! James |

Hi James,
I'd suggest looking at Beyern, they are BMW specific wheels that we can do in 22" for your car. Here is the Beyern Mesh in a black center with polished lip in 22": And the same setup on an X6: |

Depends on what your budget is....
If you're looking into Forged, the sky is the limit in regards to choices. ADV.1, VIP Modular, Rennen, HRE/DPE, etc etc list goes on For cast, your choices in 22 inch are quite limited. You can go with Beyern's like Nick mentioned. My personal suggestion would be to check out the Forgestar F14. These are flow formed cast and a bit more expensive than regular cast...but they are lighter and stronger as well. Here's a few pics, none I could find of these mounted on an X5 though. |

Hi James, did you ever get any 22s in the UK? if so which ones?
I'm in the same position, Just bought an X5 and I'm based in the UK - I love both the Eurosport Monza's and Beyern Mesh - did you choose either of these? It seems to be difficult to get good quality 22's at a resonable price in the UK... Cheers |
