Good deal?
Hey guys,
I'm doing a coworker a favor. She's going to take a look at a used X5 at lunch today and asked me to go with her since she knows I'm into BMW's. However, I don't know anything about X5s so maybe you guys can help me out and let me know if this is a good deal or not. 2010 X5 3.0 with 12,400 miles for $43,555. Link is here http://www.dublinchevrolet.com/Vehic...n-CA/959224003 Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

I'm sure others will chime in, but my first reaction is that it's not that great of a deal. It looks like its pretty stripped option-wise. (no nav etc.)
The x5 had an LCI redesign in 2011 which replaced the engines (with much more powerful and fuel efficient motors). She should be able to get a lightly (and comparably) optioned 2012 x5 35i for a few grand more than the used one if she does her homework. Quote:
