By popular demand, I am helping faciliate another group buy for E70 LED lights.

I've spent quite a bit of time researching bulbs for the X5, trying a number of different types, and below are the bulbs that I believe to be the best design and value.

I have personally tried all these bulbs in my X5, and I can vouch for their awesomeness. In general, they're about 20% brighter than stock, and give that nice crisp on/off flash that provides an updated look.

Package A - complete 20pc interior LED kit - (2x 42mm festoon, 2x 1SMD T10, 8x 5SMD T10, 8x 9SMD T10) - (no errors/flickering) - $45

Package B - front & rear turn signals - (2x PY24W & 2x 1156) - (no errors/flickering) - video 1 video 2 - $70

Package C - rear turn signals only - (2x 1156) - (no errors/flickering) - $35

Package D - brake & reverse lights - (2x 1156 & 2x T10) - (no errors, but will flicker for 2-3 sec on startup without coding) - $70

Package E - license plate bulbs - (2x 39mm festoon) - (no errors, but will flicker for 2-3 sec on startup without coding) - $10

Package F - front fog lights - (2x H11) - (will cause errors and flickering...possibly solved by coding - see here) - $30

Package G - front turn signals only - (2x PY24W) - (no errors/flickering) - $35

Shipping
Shipping is free in the US.

Canadian residents add $10 for regular mail, or $20 for priority.

Rest of the world add $15 for regular mail, or $25 for priority.

Please note that this is a group buy from a 3rd party supplier. I am not a vendor and will not be able to accommodate returns.

I'll be putting the order in this coming Thursday (1/31), so this is the final call if you want to get lights ordered.

Update 1/31 - Due to Chinese New Year, I won't be able to place the order until the end of next week. Next Friday (2/7) is the new cutoff date for orders.

Update 2/7 - Bulbs have been ordered. I had to purchase a few extra sets to get the discounted price, so the slots listed above are what I have available. Once these are gone, they are gone.

Update 2/21 - Just received tracking via DHL for the bulbs. They should be arriving next week, and I'll do my best to get them shipped out ASAP.

Update 3/2 - Shipments are packed, and will be dropped off tomorrow!

Aside from the rear dome lights, the bulbs are super easy to install.

Sure thing.

Regarding the coding, the flickering is caused by the X5 sending a small amount of current to the bulb to test it. Since LEDs take less current to light up, the result is a slight flicker during the bulb check. The only way to prevent this is through coding, by disabling the cold/warm bulb checks. It's a pretty common coding option, so whoever you have do it should know exactly what to do.

Possible to get interior in red? I'm wanting to do the footwells front, and the rear foot area (4 bulbs total) in red, and the rest in the regular led white color.
