The car is in excellent condition. Meticulously cared for and hand washed by me with top quality products. Always garaged when not in use. The car has been regularly serviced and has not required any repairs.
I am looking to get out of this lease because I am itching for something new. If you have never driven the X5M you owe it to yourself to drive one and be blown away. This car is as fast as anything you will encounter on a daily basis with extremely precise handling. Plenty of cargo space makes this car extremely versatile as well. Add a tow hitch and you have the best all around SAV!
Locals are welcome to look at the car in person to appreciate the condition. I am looking to move this quickly and thus not looking to recoup the down payment I put on the car. I will also cover the BMW lease transfer fees which is typically the buyer’s responsibility. I had another BMW lease assumed a year ago and it was the easiest process ever. I called BMW on a Monday at 9am and the new owner picked up the car on Thursday at 5pm. Below is a quick break down of the process:

BMW Lease Assumption process is as follows:
1. Once you have an interested buyer, you should call BMWNA and give them his contact info (email primarily).
2. BMWNA will send the credit application to the buyer, and someone needs to pickup the transfer fee which is $500. It's between you and the buyer, but it will show up on your next statement until it's paid off.
3. If the buyer is not approved, $400 will be refunded
4. If the buyer is approved, BMW will send the docs to both parties and those need to be signed and sent back
5. Once all docs are confirmed, BMW sends a confirmation email to both parties that the car can be transfered. At that point, the buyer assumes all responisbility for the car and payments.

Please contact me with any questions. Vehicle is located in NY.

Thanks!

*** 1/1/14 Update: I have decided to offer an additional cash incentive instead of purchasing miles which may or may not be needed by a potential buyer. Original mileage allowance per contract. ***

I agree!!

If you take it I will throw in the grilles you sold me from your recently totaled X5M. That would help you cope with the recent loss...

Feel free to contact me to discuss.

As an additional incentive, I just purchased an additional 2,835 miles for the remainder of the lease which should make it easier for people who need more miles.

Damn OP. if this had been August I would of bought this from you. Literally same exact specs and options except for the rear DVD.

I feel like I got hosed on my deal. 2011 X5m with 29k every possible option at that time, even the beautiful leather dash. But exterior was in tough shape, they did not certify if and sold it to me for 60k and offered me 48k for my Audi TTRS, which was every option, rare color and about 15k not including labor in aftermarket parts.

Oh well. Good luck OP. I may have a buddy interested. Not on forums though.

Yes we have. I compared them to the black performance grill I have on now and decided to stick with that for now.

As with most dealers they are typically on the high side of used car pricing when compared to a private party. The one advantage they have over a private party sale is the CPO warranty which apparently they did not give you. In the end it all comes down to whether you are happy with the car and if you feel the price you paid is fair. There will always be better deals out there, but it's all relative. If I feel like a salesman is playing games with me then I'll beat him down to a pulp and get every last penny out of the deal, but if he makes things very easy for me and cuts right to the chase then I'll back off significantly on the negotiations and let him increase his profit. As long as I am happy with the deal that's all that matters to me.

If you know anyone that may be interested please have them contact me.

Hi. I see about 15k miles on the car right now. Are the tires original or have you replaced any of them since you have had the vehicle? I haven't Carfax'd it but if I do should I expect to see anything on it? Thanks

So with incentive what is the monthly payment? Are you giving $2000 to the person who assumes the lease? Have not done one of these before.

Effective Monthly payment: $1,083.32 (after incentives)

$2,000 to the buyer.

Very simple transaction. Takes less than 1 week if buyer/seller overnight documents to BMWFS.
