Picked up a 07 X5 4.8i have a few Questions

Hello everyone, I traded in my 05 X5 E53 for a 07 X5 4.8i Sport with 72K and I have some questions:

is a CPO but the warranty expires on 1/16/13 So I have a appointment tomorrow at the dealer for:
- the shifter (takes a few try to put in reverse)
- it has some noise in the front driver side on bumps/path holes(possibly bushings)
-the driver rear shock is leaking oil( I think is not cover under CPO)

is there anything that you guys think I should ask them to check?
any frequent or known issues around this milage.

on a side note:
I pick it up last wednesday and over the weekend installed
-running boards
-Lux V3 Angel eyes
