pics of X6 Hybrid from Toronto Auto Show!!!

X6 35i and 50i are nice but take a look at these pics I took at the TO Auto Show. It is worth waiting another year for Hybrids.

Except that car is based on the X6 Concept. The actual Hybrid should be identical to the 3.5 and 5.0 with maybe one or two small changes ( look at the subtle differences between the 3.5 and 5.0 )...You can be sure BMW will slap a BIG HYBRID on the trunk or side so people can point out the GREEN driver.

I read where the rear end lower cover plate drops as you drive to expose the tail pipes. When you stop it closes up.

Be interesting to see what happens when that system breaks.

I wonder what George Carlin would have said about a 5,000-pound hybrid that seats only four?

Good one.

I wonder what he would say to the fact that the standard X6 3.5 that seats four, and weighs 1500 lbs more than an M coupe and still gets better mileage.

Got 24MPG on the highway on the way home from work today. My neighbor's Camry coupe gets 25MPG.
