Estimated cost for X6M injectors

Hello,
My car started to have some trouble starting and the dealer found a couple of fuel injectors are leaking, so they will replace 4 injectors ( one bank) under warranty.
So, my question goes, if its better to change the other 4 ?
or is it unnecesary?

Anyone knows the price or an estimate for an injector for X6M ?

Hello,
yesterday, got back my 2009 X6-35i from the service. There were replaced all 6 injectors and supply line with the sensor. Plus 13 hours of labor, all that got me to $3,140. And this is at 44k miles. I hope it helps.

I've heard horror stories of injector swaps on the X5///M of about $7K. Good luck, I'm already planning on it costing $5k+, just so I'm not too shocked by the actual cost.

I just got this fixed last week!
Got a yellow engine light warning on my 2010 X6M. Power was lost and I could not go over 35km/hr. I pulled over and turned the car off, when I turned it back on everything was fine. The problems was the 8 fuel injectors, high pressure sensors and vanos valve.

$7000 CAD in parts
$3200 CAD in labour

Good luck!

Ouch, that hurts. May I ask what mileage is your beast @?
It is my first seeing the 3 sets of components (Injectors, HP sensors and Vanos valves) going together...

Holy cow. I dodged a bullet with the X5M. The warranty expires on Jan 3 and on Christmas, the car started shaking and I knew it was something with the injectors. I brought the car into the dealer yesterday and today they're replacing ALL of the injectors plus some other parts for free. I can't imagine this have happening to me just as soon as the warranty expired or something. It's at 46.7k miles and was problem free up until now.

8 Injectors will cost you around $ 1440.00 You might be able to find them cheaper some place else, these guys have them for 180.25 each.

Found better pricing with ECS:

That's listed price, the actual cost if you know someone has a shop, it is $300 off your price.

just wondering who is going to do the job for you. it is really pain in the A**.
the most expensive is the labor hours.

I have the parts but i dont have the man who can help, I have the laptop but not the unique tools

If Wally, you want the steps, i can send you those

Was is it with BMW and crappy injectors? This seems to be an issue on the majority of BMWs powertrains....it's almost like the HPFP debacle.
