noise....front right

ok so i have 335i sport.... and only sometimes i feel like a rattle or hit from my right side front. not EVERY bump...most of the time i dont hear anything which makes it impossible to tell bmw when i bring it in. also, when i pull into a parking spot...the right front side vibrates kinda. also when i come to a complete in kind of vibrates. these are all suddle sounds and vibrations....all coming from front right...what do you think it could be? i would like to be more knowledgeable before i go to bmw with the problem....my warranty expires next month so yeah.,.could it be strut, bearing?

I had a problem like this a while back on my 335i. Somehow my strut got loose.

What I did was i had 2 ppl push down repeatedly on the bumper support. (shake the car up and down) to recreate the clicking sound. While they were doing that, all I had to do was find where it's coming from. A few minutes later I found that the strut was loose, so I tightened it and zero problems after that.

Not sure if i have a similar "problem" but my car now has a soft, gentle "squeaking" noise on the front right side when i roll to 5-15 mph..the noise goes away at higher speeds...loose strut or something else? brake pads or the whole brake mechanism...i told the dealership but they kept saying they can't replicate the noise...f*ckers!

In your case it sounds like brake pads.

OP - I had a similar problem, turned out to be a bad sway bar link.

Have you tried pushing on the fender rocking the car side to side? You may be able to pin point the noise from there. Does kinda sound like sway bar end link...

Yeah just get under the car and see if there is any play with the links or the sway bar.

brake sensor huh? man..so many moving parts in these modern vehicles now...i remember back in the old days, cars were just so simple, you could practically "see" everything and know where and what the problem was, even when u have no idea what's the hell goin on
