45 day retrospective: Introducing my E90
Haven't had the opportunity to introduce my ride properly... iPhone snaps only up 'til now.
I've had it for almost a month and a half now (and have already driven 3,000 miles?? I guess that's why I could justify a nice car. Too much of my life is spent on the road). Car's been great, a total pleasure. 2010 335i, M-Sport, Black Sapphire Metallic, 6MT. Aaaahhh it's like they built it with me specifically in mind. I'm completely nuts about this car. Wish I'd turned the angel eyes on before shooting these... |

Nice car! I've got an MSport sedan too. I noticed you threw a spoiler on there. What kind is that? I'm looking into possibly getting the performance cf spoiler. Do you have any other mods on your car? What % tint is that? Thanks in advance.

lovely car. I would go crazy too. I got 07 BSM sedan and i am also nuts about my baby. i could only imagine driving yours everyday. that stick shift is awesome... lovely wheels, awesome M-sport pkg... whats not to love. when you decide to sell that baby let me know!
by the way, how was your experience at monrovia BMW? heard some bad things about that place... if you dont mind how much did you get the car for? its a beauty and hope you got a good price. |

Tint looks like something in the 25-30% range to me, but again it was on the car when I bought it so I don't know for sure. I have no other mods as of now... gloss black kidneys will be coming soon, trying to decide between a debadge and chrome black 335i badge, and will do the PPK and performance exhaust once I have the absurd amount of scratch saved up. They're overpriced, but I want to keep everything OEM. |

The internet sales manager, Georges, gave me a good price ($36k out the door -- premium, m-sport, cold weather, CPO, Extended Maintenance, 13.5k on the odo) and didn't bullshit me. I worked with a LOT of dealerships trying to find the right car, and the experience with Georges and Monrovia was the most pleasant from the get-go. As always, YMMV... but they get good marks from me. |

I always assumed I would immediately de-badge, but now that it's here and it's MINE and it's PERFECT I am suddenly having cold feet.
Here's a photoshopped look at what it would be like: Thoughts? I SHOULD DO IT RIGHT GUYS? My big concern is getting the alignment/spacing right when I re-badge, whenever I sell the car. Anyone had experience with that? |
