my angel eyes to not always turn when i open my doors

I just installed angel eyes into my 328xi coupe 2009 , but if my car is off for a long time and i try to come back and unlock the doors the lights do not come on. However once i turn the car on , and turn it off lock and unlock the door it will come on .

Has this happen to anyone bf with led angel eyes ?

It began happening to mine when my battery was on the way out.

This happens to me when my light switch isn't on auto. when i put the switch back on auto, it's all good. With the other settings, my angel eyes won't turn on when i unlock doors.

you either dont drive enough or your battery is on its way out.

I think i drive enough. lol 85miles a day. but will bmw change my battery with the led bulbs in and not void my warranty. I have a sub and hid fogs installed .

Swap out the LED angels with your OEMs if you going to dealership for your problem.
