beanbag GPS mount doesn't work...
I have a TomTom 540 XXL, it's a 5" GPS unit. The suction cup that came with it kept falling off, so I bought a bean bag mount. Problem is this keeps sliding around too. Maybe it's the way the dash is shaped in the e90. Any other suggestions?

Get a little spray bottle and VERY lightly mist the suction cup, Stick it onto the window and it will hold through your hardest launches
Kinda gross but you could spit on it to .

Or try a little silicone grease - very little - on the suction cup. My Garmin came with a black plastic disk with adhesive on the bottom that I stuck in the corner where the windshield pillar meets the car body, right in front of the vent that blows on the driver's side window. It sticks pretty good and then I used the silicone grease on the suction cup and stuck it to the plastic disk. Works pretty well, and it will come off without damaging the dashboard surface if removed slowly.
