has anyone lemon-ed a 335i over fuel pump yet?

like the subject says... curious is anyone has lemoned their car over waiting too long for a fuel pump fix.

Yup. But then signed off on stopping the lemon clock, and getting a brand new car in return.

How long has your car been in the shop for?? Early March I would assume??

It went in about two weeks ago, and they said to expect the lead time to be at least 30 days, won't see mine back till middle of may

So were in the same boat then.

My dealer called today and said that i was #1 on their list for repairs.

If you didn't live so far away I would say we should get together and our sorrows away as the sun comes out, the warm air rushes in and we realize we can't run out and tear through the backroads with the sunroof and windows wide open

I'm pretty sure they are going to do it eventually. But right now the problem is that they have very very few pumps.

Probably the same reason they won't TSB the oil cooler - lack of parts.
