Hey everyone,

I purchased a silver 2006 330i with Nav, Sport, and Premium about 6 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I paid 24,500 USD (with 48,000 km). I have owned and driven a large variety of cars in my life but this one is by far the best driving experience. I had a 2003 Audi A4 sport package with the 3.0 engine and it was not nearly as fun or responsive. I had my choices narrowed down to this car, a 2007 G35 Sedan 6MT, or a 2007 Cadillac CTS. I test drove the Infiniti and the Caddy but didn't have an opportunity to test drive the BMW as it was located in the US. I did however drive my old mans 2008 BMW 335i and my friends 2002 M5. Something intangible kept me leaning towards the BMW. I'm very happy with my decision.

I just put on some 17 inch M5 replicas for the winter and I'm leaning towards the 19 inch VMR VB3 for this coming summer. I'm learning quite a bit from this forum already!

Wait.... $24,500, 330i with Nav/Sport/Premium, Silver..... Does it have CPO, 6spd, black dakota interior?!?! Did you buy this from German Star Motors?!?!? If so YOU were the one that stole my car . About 6 weeks ago I was about to go and buy this car and by the time I called the dealer it was already sold. I know you said you bought this in the states but everything you are saying lines up EXACTLY that car. If not that is a really freaky coincidence, especially it having the exact same KM's

Welcome to the "dark side".....

LOL! I, too, recently left an '04 A4 1.8t, and although I miss the stance (stock was just right!) and overall unique look, I'm very pleased with my decision to come back to BMW (husband has an '01 540i 6sp). My Audi had a CVT - not moddable. Not having a spare tire is my only concern/dislike with the 335. Finally getting used to not having a turn-key start up too.
