How do i find out which one i have? I have a bmw 325i 2006 With No IDrive.

I guess I will draw solace from the fact that you did get something out of it, even though you said you didn't.

If you don't have a center speaker, you don't have Logic 7. If you have a US E90 325 model, you would then have HiFi.

HiFi is the easiest to upgrade, but you will have to read even more in order to do so. The Search function might help too.

Did you really read the PDF or did you just say you did?

The PDF said:
Logic 7 "[displays] a 7-band user equalizer in its UI."

It also said:
"A Hi-Fi system can be identified by the presence of tweeter grilles at the top of
the front door, inboard of the sail panels, but without a center channel speaker in
the dashboard..."

From those two facts, it stands to reason:

When you dig around in the controls for the stereo, do you have a graphic equalizer in there somewhere?

Based on the PDF, it would appear that answering "yes" to that question indicates you have the Logic 7 system.

Do you have a center speaker in your dashboard and no graphic equalizer?

If so, according to the PDF, you have the Hi-Fi system.

As you are an American, I'm going to assume you didn't buy and import a non-US spec vehicle; therefore, you cannot have the basic stereo system noted in the PDF.

HiFi lacks a center speaker also - only Top HiFi, Logic 7 back then or harmon/kardon now, has a center.

Well, that's not what the PDF says at the top of page 4. If the OP weren't confused enough already, s/he should be now...
