HELP!!! 2011 328i Xdrive Radio not working

My radio was working just fine, i have had the car for 1 week. I just went out to my car started it up, the Lights came on but nothing on the screen. I pushed the power button and the time and date showed up. No sound, No audio options. If I hit Menu the computer does show up. What do i do? This is not good, My nearest BMW dealership is 400 miles away. Is there a way to reset the system? Is there some valet mode or something it has entered?

I know on pre HD based models you can hold down the 2 eject buttons and the volume button for 30 seconds and it resets. Not sure about the new HD based iDrive though. Sorry.

Try holding the volume and eject button down?

well i guess letting it sit overnight cured the glitch. no problem today.
