I have a Gtech pro and also a G Timer.
They do have pretty accurate 0-60 and 1/4 mile times.
A buddy that works for Motor Trend has put them up against the bigger, bad GPS boys.....

But, that new Drift Box is GPS, so I'd have to guess that it'd be more accurate.

Anyone own the Drift Box ? Chime in. I'd be curious myself.

for the money the gtech works well, it can be a pain to calibrate to get exact times but it is worth the money

They both look like they do mostly the same things. G-Tech SS = $200 | G-Tech RR = $300 | Driftbox = $750
The Driftbox looks like its the best of the three though and the price reflects that.

VBox, in the USA also sells a device called the Performance Box.
It's a Drift Box without all the Drift stuff.

Lap Times, 0-60, 1/4, trap speeds, etc...... $499.
GPS is the most accurate way to go, but for a few hundy, the other options are fun....
