HELP Lights Ect.

Hi fairly newb at all this mod stuff but i wanna get some really blue lights for my bmw 325i sedan its a 2006 and it doesnt have xenon but i think halogen.
No angel eyes.
But i dont know what kind of lights are really really blue
and where i can get them for a good price
i also really want to remove the Orange Amber in the headligh enclosure
I found one diy here but it looks very umm messy is there a better DIY
and I have all these swilrs on my paint it pisses me off really bad and cant seem to get rid of them should i just go get a paintjob i rly wanna make it white
its black right now. Please HELP ME.

please just stop, with non xenons you will look like a honda and blind the whole road

and dont paint your car, it depreciates the hell out of the car....just take it to a very good detailer and he can buff the swirls

and buy ambergones, dont try to remove them
