Cops suck...
Just recently police stopped me thinking i stole my vehicle, and i just drive a Tl..First they asked me where i got the car, what i do for a living, and how do i pay for it. Now I'm wondering if it's going to be worse when i buy my 3 series. How many of you young drivers who have a e90/e92 ever got stopped by cops, just because of your age?

The typical power trip type...
I used to get those ones a lot too in my previous car. Luckily I've yet to be stopped in my bimmer. Maybe cause they're so common in socal. |

Unfortunately you have to be real carefull with guys like that, even if you did nothing wrong. Your best bet is to just be polite and answer what the ask. Clearly it's not right and it's not fair, but neither is life and it's just not worth the hassle to prove a point.

Sounds like the officer could feel some of the fear coming out of you so he preyed on it. FYI, Im 24 and its about to be 2 years since I've had this car... never pulled over once and the police just let me by whenever they are doing random checks... It pays to have a fine lady in the passenger seat and to look like you know what you are doing.
That cop was either just fooling around with you or he was seriously backed up!!!

There's part of your answer bro... I'm black but still no pull-overs. What part of NYC were you in?

You should have gotten the badge number. I wouldn't worry about that ever happening again. Unless you shot them a weird look or were driving like an a*hole. Especially in NYC where e90s / acuras are so common.
Sounds like when I got pulled at 2AM in Southern SC on i95 for doing "80" when the speedo was set to 69. I was like whatever dude here is my license, didn't want to end up in Deliverance Part II |

When you get pulled over roll down the windows, put your hands on the steering wheel, and answer yes sir no sir (or ma'am). When they ask for your license/reg, tell them i am reaching in the glove compartment, move slow and smooth no sudden movements. Better to make it out alive and without some bogus charge.
