M2 Gran Coupe

Just saw this, did a search, didn't see anything

M2 Gran Coupe. Look at the door handles, gas cap, hood lines, and B pillar. Quad M exhaust. Distinct lack of S58 noises though.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

was right behind some sort of X5M or maybe an X7M ? Don't keep up with new BMWs but this caught my eye

Quad tailpipes and the same aero-functional muffler in the center.

but yeah it's not very wide. The test vehicles in the LA area tend to be parts bin specials sometimes.

No room for a straight 6 under that bonnet and tail pipes are too close to the corners compared with any CLAR RWD M-platform. Looks like an update of the M235i xDrive GC on the FWD based UKL2 platform with a transverse 4-cylinder engine, with the current rectangular dual exhaust tips replaced with pairs of round ones in the same position as the current car. Has the same roofline as the current car, too.

Could be a slightly more powerful B48 engine in it to compete better with the Mercedes CLA45 or Audi S3, maybe an M235i xDrive ZHP?
