Close Windows and Sunroof with Voice Command

Is it possible to close windows and the sunroof with voice commands? Is it simply disabled for the litigious US market?

Just tried this on my 22 M240i.
Asked "Hey BMW, open windows". BMW responded "I will open all windows". All windows opened, Success!
Asked "Hey BMW, open drivers window". BMW responded "I will open the drivers window". Drivers windows opened, Success!
Asked "Hey BMW, close windows". BMW responded "The windows cannot be controlled by voice control ". Denied!
Asked "Hey BMW, open sunroof". BMW responded "That function unfortunately, cannot be controlled by voice". Denied!

Lawyers for the win!

I was surprised however to note that you can change drive modes via voice!
