Just delivered White M4 CSL
Sharing some early photos of my white M4 CSL. I have not had a chance to go to the dealer and pick it up but they were nice enough to tease me with some photos so wanted to share them… Can’t wait to get behind the wheel!

Looks so nice. Congrats!
I love the interior, but gotta admit, my right elbow is always comfortably resting on my leather console top. Not sure where it would go in this car! |

This is a car you drive with both hands.

You must tell us how it drives in detail. For some peculiar reason, everyone is announcing they received this car but no one is giving a proper review of it. Regardless of break in period, you'd at least can feel how it handles, rides, steering feedback etc.
Did bmw tell you guys to not say anything? |

Very nice, what spec did you go?
I'm hoping to be 1 the 1st in the UK with white CSL. Due for build mid next month though 😞

Great car, but I'm not a fan of the Alcantara steering wheel and other parts. I had it throughout my 911 GTS and would never have it again.

Difficult to clean and keeping it looking like new. I used to use driving gloves so the oils from my hands wouldn't get onto the steering wheel surface and shift knob, and I bought neoprene seat covers to cover the Alcantara seats so stuff like suntan lotion or skin lotions my wife uses on her legs wouldn't get on the seats. It is best used as a roof liner and doesn't belong on surfaces that get touched or sat on, IMO.

Sounds like very specific issues. I've had my CS for a while and now have 38k miles without any issues. I only wear gloves at spirited driving and track. The rest of the time, I prefer the feel of Alcantara to leather honestly. You can afford the the car and lifestyle so enjoy it. Worse case, after 30-40k miles, you back just buy a new iem wheel for $1k. That's what I'm planning to do with my CS steering rim.
