How do I get the passenger side outside mirror to stop tilting down to the ground when put in reverse? I’m still not comfortable backing into the garage using the video game sounds telling me I’m about to hit something that isn’t even close to me. All I can see out of the right side mirror is the garage floor.

Flick the side mirror adjustment switch to the right to disable the auto-dip. It's in the manual. One of the best features in the car too, the tilting mirror makes parallel parking super easy.
