So what software do you have on your car?

I am going to bring mine in eventually as my whole system sucks and nothing works at this point.

The model is brand new so it's up to date. They do software updates over the air.

FWIW I have had zero issues with mine (and suspect most people would say the same). So you may have a hardware problem...

Someone else here fixed their idrive wonkiness by disconnecting the battery for about 30-45 minutes.
