Oil in the intercooler?
I just had the intercooler upgraded on my 335i. Oil was found in the old intercooler. I have been told that is a sign I probably need to replace turbos. I will take it to the dealer, if this is the case. But, I just wanted to confirm this is the most likely problem. The car is an 09 with 68k miles, so that seems a bit soon for new turbos.
If it does need new turbos, would an upgrade be a good idea? I am open to doing other upgrades, but not in any hurry. I do have somebody who can do any upgrades I need. Thanks for any help. |

You won't see oil in the charge pipe or FMIC. |
