Control Arms
Looking to replace my control arms on my 08 328xi e92, anyone know of any good brands? Or should I stick with OEM? I have been having steering wheel wobble and braking vibration for a few months now, even after having the car balanced a few times, including a road force, changing out my rotors(warped), rotating tires and checking tie rods

Most likely you just need your rotors turned or replaced, pads wouldn't hurt either. How many miles do you have on your 328?

it could be Wishbone problem - not control arms. Raise the car and use pry bar to check it out. Or just replace control arms and wishbones to eliminate

Check out ECS tuning right now. They are clearancing out your front control arms in the VAICO brand at $27.85 for left ( ES#2776698) and $27.85 for right (ES#2776701).
Normally the Lemforder brand is less expensive but this time they are 80.99. The OEM numbers are : Left : 31126768983 Right: 31126768984

TRW is OEM on the e90, not Lemfoerder.

As for the other questions about ranking. Bmw and Audi forums say: Bmw/TRW Febi/Lemforder VAICO There is probably a reason why they are clearancing them out but you would have to ask them at ECS. I think an employee there has said the only difference is the bushing quality may be softer but the arm itself should meet the ISO standard . Also proper installation with the suspension loaded at ride height will ensure long life.

I just replaced my oem e92 arms from my 2011 for the M3 arms. I still have them, send me a PM if you want more info and price on them.
I have 4 in great condition as my car only has 24k miles, never driven in rain or snow. Cheers! Luis
