2006 325i E90 Oil leak - door handles - timing

WOW!!!!!!
I dropped off my car today because I saw my check engine soon light come on and go off. I also have had trouble with my drivers door handle sticking. When it sticks I cant shut the door unless I push it back in. BMW?? How embarrassing. I thought this car was quality.

Anyway, The dealership called and told me they were replacing all 4 door handles. They found an OIL LEAK!!! in the head gasket!!! And they have to replace something to correct the TIMING issue!!! WTF???

I thought this was going to be a simple call from them saying "awww don't worry about it, it was nothing."

THIS IS CRAZY

Any other experiences out there to share?? I pick it up tomorrow.

Thanks in advance...

Rick

I know I know. I'm just surprised. I've never had to have work done on any Japanese car.

Can't find the sympathy. Nope, it's not there. Stuff breaks and there's warranty.
