HELP! Oil around Intake Manifold Sensor

I noticed today that there was some oil around the sensor on top of the intake manifold on my 335i N54. I has no idea how it could have gotten there? Has this ever happened to anyone? There a leak somewhere Im not seeing? I checked everywhere around it and only oil around the sensor. I have attached pics of what Im talking about.

Also my coolant reservoir is completely empty. I filled it up about 2 months ago and its empty again, I dont see any leaks anywhere, any ideas what the cause might be?

Thanks for you help!
Rik

spray it clean with brake parts cleaner or castrol super clean. then inspect it again with a flashlight after a couple days, see where the leak is coming from.

let us know how it goes.

Will do, thanks for the input! Also could that sensor be leaking oil somehow? What exactly does that sensor do?

It measures intake pressure. Its a MAP sensor. It could be leaking under boost. Pull it out and inspect the O-ring. If it looks suspect replace sensor or replace O-ring.

definitely take care of that sensor. Clean it well, change O-ring or even replace the whole thing. I went crazy trying to solve a low boost code on high rpm in my car. It turned out i had a fouled MAP sensor due to oil. I replaced it and back up to full boost!
