What was your first mod?

I'm curious to know what your first mod was!

I couldn’t stand the chrome license plate frame that came with my car but I didn’t like it without one either! So I spray painted the frame a matte black which came out great, really looks good on a jet black color! Would this be considered a mod? If it is then I guess that's mine!

I was talking about myself. Everyone does the kidneys whether its dip, paint or genuine so I figure I'd list a less common and truly experience changing mod.
