GFB diverter valve E70 35i?

Has anyone installed a GFB diverter valve on E70 35i?

I believe mine is going out at 92k miles, even if it isn't I'd like to replace it for peace of mind among a few other maintenance things I'm doing.

I'd like to know if it's worth upgrading or putting a new OEM unit on.

The truck has MHD stage 2+, VRSF charge pipe, and upgraded air filter, and a catless downpipe is coming soon.

Thanks!

Definitely worth it. What's the cost, like $150? It helps keep that boost pressure instead of being dumped off in to the atmosphere. Really helps for 0-60, keeps your truck pulling hard. Plus, it makes a cool farting noise after shifting.

Second best money I've spent on my ride, MHD tune being the best.

This is on the list of things to do in the future. How was the install? Other forums makes his job sound like a pita with the xdrive

That's why I had my mechanic do it, haha. He said it wasn't too bad. The hardest part is access, it definitely helps to have a car lift, and you'll need an extension with a U joint. Good luck!

It might be an easier access from the top by removing radiator fan and turbo inlet pipe
