X6 Not rolling in neutral

Trying to push a 2013 X6 M to get it towed. Had the lever screwed from the bottom. Shifter is in neutral. Emergency brake is off. Tow truck says the rear wheels are dragging, front ones are not. Car has not been sitting, was driven few days ago. Any suggestions?
