Glow plug 5 activation fault

I opened the intake module, took glow plugs out measured resistance. all around 0.5 ohms. I even swapped them around. Tried resetting fault. This fault still remains. No problems in starting the engine though. What step do I do next? TIA

Might be the glow plug module

I've been trying to find a good DIY for this that includes changing the module out.

If only one try to swap the glow plug connector and see if you have the same problem I’m currently dealing with it replaced the control unit and still having open circuit #6 my problem might be on the wire side it pass continuity test have t don’t the load test today replace the control units and put back everything and after found the same problem
