Valve Stem Seal Repair

So I'm going to do the valve stem seal repair on my M E71.
I have been waiting for this time for years. Here's the kicker. I can upgrade my coils, Fuel injectors index 12, crankcase and a few others just by paying for parts. No labor. BONUS!!

I am also re-doing my suspension as well.

I wanted some insight on any additional repairs I should do so I can do everything at one time.

I wanted to change my:
•wheel bearings (I hear a whining noise when I reverse at times)
•change my belts(which ones if any)
(Item #S is not needed as my turbos are good.)
•fluids?

I want to refresh my car give it second life.

Please community all suggestions accepted.

Thank you!

Engine out? Could be good time to check rear main seal and upper/lower oil pan gasket. Also, the coolant hose that lives in the valley of the engine (the one with with the y-connector).

I second on replacing the coolant Y engine valley hose. Once it fails, it can threaten the Alternator and send coolant fumes into the cabin.

I'm planning to do something similar to my E70 X5M. Do you happen to have a part number for the hose?

I've done that job already where they replace the lines with the metal ones.

I believe the part you're looking for is #17127589731. Best to check Realoem with your VIN to make sure (it's under: Radiator > Cooling System Water Hoses).

There's also this thread for reference.
