Headlight peeling

I have no idea what was applied on the headlights. My headlights are slightly darker than the stock headlights I guess something has been applied. Do you guys think it is fixable?

Some sort of film? Is the lens clear where it’s peeled off?

That looks like someone refinished them by sanding them and then put a clear coat over them. That's how people often fix the hazed over look to headlights. You'll probably have to repeat the same and sand them down to remove the clear and re-do them. There are a bunch of tutorials to diy, but you can always take them to a body shop or detailed and they will do them there.

This is what someone did to them is my guess... maybe used a tinted clear
