Their offset is lower than the average wheel offset range for the e70 X5 wheels...but you can see how far out they will poke if you use a simple wheel/tire size calculator like at this site: www.willtheyfit.com
Click the link above and compare your original BMW wheels & tires with what your looking to change to. Determine if the poke (out from the wheel well) or inset (toward the suspension) will cause issues or not. You can see what the wheel offset range is for the e70 X5 in the chart below:

Just keep in mind if you're trying to achieve stock offsets, they're already inset quite a bit. I use 15/20mm additional to stock to achieve anything that resembles an aggressive stance.

Oddly enough ECStuning says these won't fit
