Spark Plug Recommendations - anyone used Brisk?

I'm due to change spark plugs on my e70 x5m - anyone had experience with Brisk Silver Racing plugs?

Never heard of them.

If you're stock, use oem. Tuned use NGK

I bought it used from a dealer and somehow ended up talking to the previous owner and he told me it's tuned. Is there any way I can check?

Brisk is used in some high-end motorsport.

A lot of testing goes on to determine the best component under a wide variety of conditions. What is the best for one engine may not be as good for another. I was just pointing out that Brisk were a credible spark-plug manufacturer.
