Need help with 2008 BMW X6 35i

Hello every one need a little bit of help with my 2008 BMW X6 35i. Today I was driving and out of no where a bunch of lights came on the dash 4x4 light abs light parking break light also warning lights that my brake lights are not working also turning signal not working my trunk won't even open but the car is running fine nothing seems wrong I can't get the car in to the shop till Tuesday due to the long week end just wanted to see if any one has had this happen to them and what could be the issue if it's a fuse or some thing like that or if it's some thing bigger thanks a lot
