Suspension - noise

My 2012 X5 3.5 Gas.. have a creak noise when turning the wheel on a slow speed. Any common cause? I viewed few YouTube videos. I do not hear the noise when I go over bumps.. I hear it mostly when I am backing out of my driveway and making turns with low speed. I welcome any feedback Thx in advance. Mileage 110 K Miles.
