Sitting Posture
http://www.acmandal.com
Apparently sitting at right-angles is not the natural way to sit. No wonder I always found barstools or ledges so comfortable, and dreaded low sofas or trying to sit on the ground. Just raised my chair and feel so much better. |

Good find!
My kids always seem to slide off the front of chairs and my lap when I am sitting, and then scrambling to get back on. Their legs don't like being at right angles when sitting. |

Yes! It seems natural... sometimes I feel like kneeling on the floor (which kills your kneecaps) because somehow it having your legs closer to the vertical feels so much better
