If you guys are only going to choose one BMW event this year, you should really think about attending Mpact over Bimmerfest!

Bimmerfest used to be really good until they moved the event to NJ last year. The Englishtown venue was a gravel and dust bowl resembling an old abandoned fairground. Only a handful of cars got to be "inside the fence" while everyone else had to park outside and were not a part of the show. Don't get me wrong, I love Bimmerfest itself, but I am personally boycotting the event until they choose a better venue....end of story.


Mpact on the other hand, will be hosted at Pocono Raceway Park.
It will be a two-day event instead of one. In addition to the show, there will be side by side 60mph roll events and an HPDE that you can participate in. It is supposed to be the largest M event in the US and other exotics will be welcomed too.

I'll try to look in to Mpact but so far I see more ppl going to bimmerfest at least from this forum, we'll need more input to figure out what we gonna end up doing

well already 2 people going, I have to rethink what I'm going to do, I'll read up little more info on this event and check my schedule if I can make it. For me, it has to be either one or another, I can't make both

as for today, I tried to install new tips and couldn't do it, I couldn't remove stock tips as hard as I tried, even it they not welded on, they in so tight its almost impossible to move them.
I decided to go ahead and install diffuser anyway, I got longer screws and everything went pretty well, there was a gap at the top and I used double sided 3M tape to secure it, it worked alright.
