High mileage 2011 E70 35i fluid change

Hey guys, my e70 has just hit 130k miles and I was concerned about a full fluid change. Ive read about not touching the ATF if its this high... I plan on keeping it for another few years, so should i do a drain and fill, but no flush? Everything shifts great, and no issues. Also, should i go ahead and get the F/R diff and transfer case fluids changed? I also have a slow leak in the oil pan (maybe 1/2 quart added every 5000k miles). Also do yall know a rough fair estimate for everything to be done? Just dont want to get ripped off. Thanks in advance!

I've heard the oil pan repair is expensive. The engine has to be supported from above and the lower subframe dropped or something... Basically well over $1000 in labor alone.

I have the same issue, but it's pretty small in terms of the leakage.
